Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
The prices given on product pages are inclusive of statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components. We deliver to all countries listed below. In addition to the prices listed, we charge the shipping costs listed below for delivery. There are no shipping costs for digitally shipped vouchers. We have estimated the delivery times with the information provided by the shipping service providers and we are constantly updating them based on our experience values of products already shipped. All stated shipping costs are final prices for shipping and packaging with tracking (incl. VAT within the EU). They will be clearly indicated again in your shopping cart and reconfirmed on the order page.

Premium shipping to NON-EU countries
Shipping to non-EU countries takes place exclusively as premium shipping, so that we can keep the shipping time as short as possible and you get your upgrades as soon as possible.
In addition to the shipping costs, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred in connection with your order, which will not be paid or invoiced by us but must be paid by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities.
