Each player gets their own color-matching tray. Neatly stored together in one box, they replace the thermoformed insert – so you’re ready to play in no time.

With strategically placed cutouts in the bottom, sorting cards is quick and easy. The slanted card trays ensure smooth and comfortable drawing during the game.
No counting required:
The tokens are pre-sorted according to the number of players, with a divider for quick access. No need to count every game start, and everything visually fits perfectly on the game board.

With dedicated storage based on player count, district tokens, treatise tiles, goal tiles, sleeve-compatible card trays, and player boxes, you’re ready to play in no time. No more searching or chaos – just a quick setup and you can start planning your strategy for the best possible healing of your patients from the very start.

Insert consists of:
A large box holds nearly four small, color-matching player boxes, each with two compartments. You can hand one to each player for setup and easy access during the game. A lid keeps everything together, ensuring everything stays securely stored in the box.
Everything pre-sorted and ready to play – treatise tiles, goal tiles, district tokens, and notebook tiles allow for a quick game setup. The lids, matching each tray, secure everything when packed away.
A total of 9 card trays, also compatible with sleeves, bring order to the card chaos. Placed directly on the table and slanted for easy drawing. For space-saving storage in the box, the trays can be stacked inside each other and are thematically designed with matching cutouts in the bottom, helping you quickly identify which card belongs in which tray.
Bright ideas and madness each have their own box, so you don’t have to reach across the table for the constantly needed items. Additionally, there are three more boxes with lids to help you with sorting.
Do you enjoy playing solo? We’ve thought of that too! Your solo setup is packed in color-coded boxes that also speed up the game setup, so you can enjoy it all on your own.
Important! Our insert provides space for the following:
- Holofoil cards, replacing the equivalent ones from the base game
- Module box
- Collector’s Box (Deluxe components), but only space for one set of either the base game or deluxe components
