Our Inserts for Underwater CitiesĀ®
Dive into perfectly organized underwater cities! Our insert for Underwater Cities, including New Discoveries and Data Era, provides fast setup, efficient storage, and a tidy game table. Each player receives their own storage box complete with a color-matched diver miniature. Card trays are separated by era and can be swapped directly during setup. Resource trays designed in a thematic porthole style double as practical in-game containers, keeping everything within easy reach. The insert accommodates sleeved cards as well as either the original cardboard tokens or our optional 3D upgrades. Spend less time sorting components and more time building your thriving underwater metropolis.

Insert consists of:
Four individual diver boxes with lids provide each player with dedicated storage for their personal components. The semi-transparent lids offer a quick overview of the contents and can be conveniently stored underneath the boxes during gameplay to save table space.
Three card trays keep all cards neatly organized by era, ensuring that the correct decks are always within easy reach and helping to streamline setup and gameplay. An additional setup tray stores the numerous tiles required for game preparation in a clear and organized manner.
Six thematic porthole-style trays organize your Farms, Desalination Plants, Laboratories, Data Centers, and City Domes into clearly separated compartments. With two trays for each building type, all players can access components comfortably while keeping the play area tidy throughout the game.
Another six porthole-style trays neatly store resources, credits, and tunnels in dedicated compartments. Two trays for each category ensure that all essential components remain easily accessible and perfectly organized during every stage of the game.

This insert requires a lid lift. The exact height depends on how many triple-layer player boards are stored inside the game box.
For the sake of the environment, we develop matching upgrade packs for many of our inserts instead of creating completely new systems šš² This allows you to upgrade your existing Eurohell version for new expansions without needing to replace the entire insert.
Important: Our upgrade packs only work with an already existing and compatible Eurohell version of the respective game (archived versions). Since our storage and production capacities are limited, upgrade packs are only available for a limited time. You can find the specific availability period directly on the product page.

This Upgrade Pack is available until June 30, 2027, and is intended for customers who previously purchased one of our earlier Underwater Cities + New Discoveries inserts. It allows you to bring your existing insert up to the current version, enabling you to store the Underwater Cities base game, New Discoveries, and Data Era together in a single box.
